You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to translate priorities into measurable improvement results. The role emphasizes influencing without direct authority while leading Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and data-driven performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
• Demonstrated experience leading Lean projects, Kaizen events, and value stream transformation activities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Lead TEOA system deployment and governance across the site.
• Drive lean maturity, value stream transformation, and productivity improvements.
• Build and manage improvement project pipelines aligned with goals.
• Develop dashboards, visual management, and performance reviews.
