Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst II in the Philippines. The role focuses on TEOA deployment, Lean maturity, and operational excellence across the site.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to translate business priorities into measurable improvements. Responsibilities include leading Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and performance analytics with dashboards and visual management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant engineering or technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience leading Lean projects, Kaizen events, and value stream transformation activities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and governance of TEOA, Lean tools and standards across the site.
• Drive Value Stream Mapping, current-/future-state design, and transformation planning.
• Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Develop dashboards and visual management; track performance and benefits.
• Coach teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and maintain standard work.
