Hands-on with control tower platforms and global shipping knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and report transportation milestones from booking to delivery.
Analyze transport data to drive service level improvements.
Identify and report transportation issues in coordination with providers.
Communicate risks and disruptions to stakeholders across regions.
Collaborate with regional teams to improve transit time performance.
Collect and report key transportation metrics and trends.
Maintain data in control tower systems and BN4L-generated reports.
