The role involves conducting process and workflow analysis, monitoring operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing practical solutions to support efficient and effective business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred in process improvement, production, operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of process mapping, time and motion studies, work measurement, and productivity analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and coordinate with different departments.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
