Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Leadership Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training programs.

They facilitate entry-level sessions, assist in program development, and ensure training content meets learner and business needs. The role includes delivering foundational leadership programs, coordinating session logistics, tracking attendance and completion, and collaborating with HR to identify training needs for first-line leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in leadership training or talent development.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational leadership programs (e.g., new supervisor training).
• Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and track attendance/completion.
• Support development of learning materials.
• Administer post-training assessments and feedback forms.

Job Requirements
