Job summary

afniexternalcareers is seeking a Leadership Development Lead to design and deliver frontline leadership programs for Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and emerging leaders. You will drive readiness, succession, coaching, and certification initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and business outcomes.

The role also coordinates with Operations, HR, Quality, and clients, implements future-focused capabilities, and leads a team of instructional designers and coaches to scale leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continuous improvement of frontline leadership development programs for team leaders, supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders.
• Develop leadership readiness, succession planning, and apprenticeship strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Oversee leadership curriculum, coaching frameworks, learning journeys, and certification programs for leader effectiveness.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Quality, and Client stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted solutions.
• Facilitate leadership workshops, coaching sessions, academies, and high-potential development programs.
• Establish coaching standards and governance to improve performance and engagement.
• Monitor program effectiveness via leadership metrics, readiness assessments, and business outcomes.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends, ROI, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead and mentor Training Managers, Leadership Facilitators, Coaches, and instructional design teams.
• Integrate future-focused capabilities including AI-enabled learning, digital leadership, change management, workforce transformation, and skills-based development.
• Drive leadership culture initiatives to promote accountability, engagement, operational excellence, and talent retention.
• Manage programs, budgets, resources, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives for scalability.
• Ensure all programs align with organizational goals, client expectations, compliance, and talent strategies.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on capability building and workforce readiness.
