Henkel is seeking a Leadership Associate in Logistics Planning & Operations to drive end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. You will support regional and global operations, focusing on logistics, reporting, planning support, and digitalization initiatives across APAC/IMEA.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in AI, digital transformation, data analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or similar environment.

The role provides regional and global operational support to HAT and HCB businesses, with a strong focus on Logistics, Global Supply Chain Reporting, Planning Support, and Supply Chain Digitalization and Automation.

• Lead logistics, planning, and operations across APAC and IMEA regions
• Drive supply chain strategy execution and operational alignment; Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and performance management
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization
• Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Manage team performance, development, and succession planning
• Support process migrations and transformation projects
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies

• Has completed MBA in AI, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Analytics, or any specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar environment
