Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Global IAM Process & Access Governance Manager to define, govern, and continuously improve IAM processes across the enterprise. The role focuses on JML, governance, and M&A/divestment activities, strengthening team capability and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include owning IAM processes, designing end-to-end JML, defining KPIs, and driving automation while aligning with AI governance and SoD controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of IAM experience in global environments with governance and JML lifecycle expertise.
• Experience supporting M&A/divestment IAM needs and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain global IAM processes, policies, standards, and controls across regions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes with HR, IT, and business teams.
• Define KPIs, controls, and quality measures for IAM processes; Lead IAM activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Drive end-user communications about updates, service impacts, and actions; manage escalations.
• Identify automation and standardization opportunities; support IAM transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge sharing for IAM stakeholders; contribute to team development.
• Establish AI governance and SoD practices for secure access management.
• Define and govern AI-related access, compliance, and risk management per enterprise frameworks.

About this Position

The Global IAM Process & Access Governance Manager defines, governs, and continuously improves IAM processes across the enterprise. The role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient IAM operations globally, with a strong focus on Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes, IAM governance, and M&A/divestment activities. The role also plays a key part in strengthening team capability and driving continuous improvement.

What You´ll Do

• Own and maintain global Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes, policies, standards, and controls; Ensure consistent and compliant execution of IAM governance across regions and platforms
• Design and optimize end-to-end JML processes in collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams
• Define KPIs, controls, and quality measures for IAM processes; Lead IAM process activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments
• Drive effective end‑user communication, including process updates, service impacts, and expected actions; Manage escalations related to IAM process issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement; Support IAM transformation initiatives and adoption of best practices
• Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge sharing for IAM stakeholders; Actively contribute to team development and a strong IAM community culture
• Establish AI governance and SoD practices to ensure secure and compliant access management
• Define and govern AI-related access, compliance, and risk management processes in alignment with enterprise AI Governance frameworks

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or any related course
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in IAM global environments, with strong expertise in IAM governance, process ownership, and end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle management
• Experienced in supporting M&A and divestment initiatives from an IAM perspective, ensuring secure user onboarding, access transitions, and risk mitigation throughout organizational changes
• Strong understanding of IAM controls, compliance requirements, access risks, and governance frameworks, with additional knowledge of AI Governance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls
• Effective stakeholder manager and communicator, able to collaborate across business and IT teams to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and deliver sustainable IAM solutions
• Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented team player with a continuous learning mindset, committed to process improvement, organizational maturity, and collective team success
• Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (12:00 NN to 9:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up
