Job summary

Henkel Philippines invites motivated undergraduates to join as interns in a hybrid setup, combining remote work with on-site activities at Ayala Avenue, Makati. You will handle customer inquiries, order tracking, invoicing, and communications on promotions.

Gain hands-on experience with SAP, MS Office, and VBA while collaborating with the warehouse team and HR mentor. The internship emphasizes learning, teamwork, and professional growth in a global leader.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in college/university.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to provide MOU/endorsement letter and medical certificate.
• Hybrid work setup (on-site in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and 300 hours on-the-job training requirement.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Monitor and update order delivery status to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate and print invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate current promotions and deals to customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse to resolve issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with releasing billing blocks and generating SAP reports.
• Create and distribute weekly Open Order Reports and daily SOH & GR reports using SAP.

What You´ll Do

• Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and accurate communication
• Monitor and provide updates on order delivery status to enhance customer satisfaction
• Generate and print invoice copies with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate current promotions and deals to customers promptly and accurately
• Liaise with the warehouse team to resolve any issues and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with releasing billing blocks and generating necessary reports from SAP, emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
• Create and distribute weekly Open Order Reports and daily Stock On Hand (SOH) & Goods Receipt (GR) Reports using SAP systems

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses
• Knowledge in MS Office software required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); SAP and VBA is highly preferred
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
