The Finance & Controlling Leadership Associate role is designed to develop a strong pipeline of future finance leaders through accelerated exposure to both operations and transformation initiatives. Over a 12-month rotation program, the trainee will be assigned to two key workstreams, spending six months in each to gain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes and daily operations. During the program, the trainee is expected to actively contribute to operational delivery while driving digitalization or automation initiatives that enhance team efficiency. Upon successful completion, the trainee will be placed into a permanent role aligned with business needs and individual strengths.
