Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize warehouse operations in the Batangas/Rosario area. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy in both physical and system transactions using MRP, WMS, and SAP.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Planning and Purchasing to align inventory with forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations/Production Management, Engineering or related field.
5–7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and MRP systems (required).
Experience handling sensitive materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, kitting, inventory control, and outbound shipments.
Ensure accurate and timely physical and system transactions using MRP, WMS, and SAP.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams to manage inbound/outbound inventory flow.
Identify and resolve operational issues through root-cause analysis.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to improve performance and engagement.
Manage daily and weekly inventory value tracking and discrepancy escalation.
