LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventories, and supervise staff within a manufacturing setting in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

This full-time, on-site role focuses on safety, efficiency, and accuracy to support timely delivery of products. The position requires strong leadership, knowledge of WMS and MS Office, and a commitment to health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management or supervision in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and material handling procedures.
• Proficiency with WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical capability for warehouse duties.
• Knowledge of steel manufacturing or heavy materials handling is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to meet productivity targets and maintain morale.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols and health & safety regulations.
• Optimize layout and storage systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales and production to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain records of shipments, receipts and movements of inventory.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Train staff on handling procedures, equipment operation and safety standards.
• Report warehouse performance metrics to management.
