Job summary

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. in Balagtas, Bulacan is seeking a dedicated Warehouseman to join our warehousing and distribution operations on-site. You will ensure efficient storage, organisation, and movement of materials and finished steel products across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and the ability to operate forklifts safely. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teams to support daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification or equivalent material handling qualifications (preferred).
• Strong organisational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly, with good physical fitness and stamina.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within warehouse environments.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and products into the warehouse management system.
• Organise and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and easy accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with shipping documentation and specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Load and unload vehicles carefully to prevent damage to products.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support daily operations.
