Job summary

Century Container Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who will lead daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory practices, and ensure safety compliance. This full-time role requires managing a team, streamlining processes, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse experience with at least 2 years in supervision, strong WMS and inventory software skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations or similar logistics role
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor a team
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations in warehouses
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to liaise across departments and manage multiple tasks
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock audits
• Oversee receiving, storage and dispatch in compliance with procedures and safety regulations
• Train, mentor and evaluate warehouse team members
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Monitor warehouse expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports
• Address operational issues, customer complaints and safety concerns promptly
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling and delivery requirements with other departments
• Implement and maintain warehouse systems and procedures to optimize workflow
