Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of US Travel Nurse Recruiters.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly recruitment goals against KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and screening.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and timely updates in ATS.
• Drive improvements to improve conversion and placements.
