Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license required (USRN and PRC)
- Associate degree in Nursing (minimum)
- 7+ years nursing experience
- Recent healthcare facility experience (within 3 years)
- At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience
- Knowledge of Joint Commission guidelines and processes
- Healthcare travel industry knowledge and credentialing
Responsibilities
- Field clinical questions from team members and respond quickly
- Create resources on clinical topics for internal/external customers
- Coordinate regulatory activities and on-site audits
- Counsel travel clinicians on incidents and performance evaluations
- Partner with clients to manage performance plans for travelers
- Participate in review committees and assist with third-party audits
- Develop, update and teach policy materials
- Review health documents and follow up as needed
- Contribute to monthly health-care traveler newsletters
- Interview and select candidates for hospital clients
- Lead the performance evaluation program for traveling providers
- Handle additional duties as needed
