Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in trade surveillance, market operations, or related discipline.
• Prior people management experience including performance management and talent development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder issues.
• Clear communicator with experience working across cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of operations professionals.
• Own team performance and adapt plans to resource and process challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for clients, exchanges, and internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate and improve business processes, systems, and workflows.
