Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test analysis and design
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with testing models (CMMi, TMMi, TMAP) is a plus
• Testing certifications (ISTQB, ISEB, TMAP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction across all testing activities
• Define overall test strategy, plans, and objectives
• Oversee all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, ORT, and Migration
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including team, environments, tools, and data
• Review and approve test plans and test cases for quality and completeness
• Monitor testing timelines, risks, and progress to meet project milestones
• Report overall testing status to stakeholders and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and business units
• Establish and enhance testing frameworks, standards, and processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews
