Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of software testing and QA experience.
• 1–2 years leading Test Analysts in a banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in test management, resource planning, and mentoring analysts.
• Ability to collaborate with teams to deliver quality software.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiar with TDD, BDD, automation, and continuous testing.

• Test planning: align stakeholders, create strategies and estimates.
• Analyst leadership: assign activities, coach analysts, ensure timely execution.
• Test case development: maintain cases with traceability in approved tools.
