Job summary

Questronix Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Software Test Lead to drive quality assurance across banking software projects. You will define testing strategy, lead test analysts, and coordinate with development and delivery teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in software testing with 1–2 years leading test analysts, plus strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and toolsets such as HP Quality Center, JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Appium, TestNG and

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in software testing.
1-2 years leading Test Analysts in a banking environment.
Strong test management and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates and ensures execution of software quality tests per SBC standards.
Define and plan all required test activities with stakeholders.
Create and update Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Estimates.
Lead and mentor Test Analysts; provide progress updates to management.
Develop and maintain test cases; ensure traceability to requirements.
Ensure resources for testing, document and track defects, support triage.
