Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field is required.
• Minimum 5+ years in supply planning, SCM or process improvement.
• Proven expertise in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable insights abilities.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle or similar ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply planning strategies to optimize inventory and product availability.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce bottlenecks and costs in the supply chain.
• Analyze data to forecast demand and adjust plans to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with logistics, sales, production, and finance to align objectives.
• Monitor performance and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Design standardized procedures and best practices to boost efficiency.
• Lead training on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Utilize analytics and SCM software to support decision-making and optimization.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for supply planning.
