Job summary

You will develop schedules based on customer forecasts and sales orders, coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams, and monitor performance to meet on-time delivery targets while optimizing inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment, preferably in supervisory or management role.
• Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in box-build assembly is an added advantage.
• Open to Malaysian candidates willing to relocate to and work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity.
• Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor production work orders and track progress to ensure timely completion and closure.
• Analyze changes in forecasts, customer demand, and production capacity to optimize planning and resource utilization.
• Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
