Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead medium-sized projects in the Places sector from the Philippines. You will support senior engineers, take ownership of design tasks, and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Based in the Philippines, you will model structures, apply design codes, estimate man-hours, review drawings, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering and licensed professional engineer required.
• 8–10 years post-grad experience in design consultancy.
• Experience designing data centers is preferred.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RAM Connection, etc.).
• Excellent problem solving and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and design medium-sized projects within Places.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients for delivery.
• Model structures, apply international/local design codes, and review calculations.
• Estimate man-hours and budgets; prepare design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
