Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced structural design professional to join our growing team. You will work within Design & Engineering to develop structural designs for major projects across metro and industrial sectors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with international standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and a professional engineering license. Strong communication, leadership, and BIM software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; master’s degree an advantage.
• Licensed Registered Civil Engineer.
• 8–10 years minimum post-graduate experience.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure metro projects or industrial steelwork is an advantage.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical engineering techniques using international design standards (US, Canada, UK, EU).
• Prepare drawing markups and design reports; oversee detailed design and calculations.
• Coordinate with Project Team disciplines for requirements and coordination.
• Deliver complete design documentation, reports, and compliance with Arcadis requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead teams; manage time and resources effectively.
