Job summary

FILINVEST HOTEL: QUEST PLUS CONFERENCE CENTER CLARK is seeking a seasoned kitchen leader to ensure food production meets corporate quality standards across shifts, driving guest satisfaction and profitability through teamwork and high morale.

The role covers systems/operations, staff training, and other duties. You will assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and costing, supervise equipment, control wastage, and coach chefs to build a capable, motivated kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Culinary French desirable

Responsibilities

• Ensures adherence to quality, hygiene, preparation and presentation standards in all kitchen.
• Assists Executive Chef in menu planning and costing for kitchen section.
• Ensures all kitchen equipment and machinery are in good order.
• Coordinates with outlet managers and Director F&B in purchasing processes.
• Delivers prompt, courteous service to guests and maintains records as required.

Skills
