You will collaborate with the F&B leadership, plan promotions, and drive cost control while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

You will supervise staff, conduct training, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with HACCP and safety guidelines, delivering exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant operations and teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
• Customer service orientation with ability to handle VIP guests.

Responsibilities
