Job summary

Nezda Global in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Lead Solution Architect to guide a team of architects and partner with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high‑quality solutions aligned with strategic goals.

You will drive end‑to‑end architecture programs, mentor architecture teams, govern practices, and support technology transformation initiatives in a hybrid work environment with a minimum 8 onsite days per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Manager or leadership role.
• Strong background in Software Development.
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Experience leading solution architecture initiatives.
• Background working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with a minimum of 8 onsite days per month.

Responsibilities
