Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Solutions Architect to lead design and optimization across multiple projects. You will advise on software architecture, review existing designs, and drive improvements in quality, security, and scalability.

The role requires extensive experience in both backend and frontend development, strong knowledge of DDD and microservices, and proficiency with APIs and UML. A hybrid work setup is offered with international training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience designing and building software applications.
• Advanced back-end and front-end development with PHP Laravel, Vue.js, Java, Spring, SQL, or shell scripting.
• Strong Domain Driven Design and Microservice design knowledge.
• Expert in solution design for complex systems and enterprise integration concepts.
• Proficient with APIs (OpenAPI) and asynchronous processes.
• Strong UML modeling skills and familiarity with modeling methods.
• Experience with SOA, OOP, open-source tech, and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural approaches for software design guiding the development team.
• Select appropriate architecture/design for new and existing software enhancements.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, scalability, sustainability, and portability requirements.
• Provide a framework for developing high-quality IT solutions.
• Develop and design application roadmaps for internal software.
• Maintain and evolve architecture documents with changing requirements.
• Evaluate tools/technologies to deliver high-quality software.
• Conduct research on emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Analyze situations and provide relevant recommendations.
