Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
4+ years in software testing, with at least 2 years in managerial/leadership role.
Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Define and implement robust test strategies for new and existing applications.
Oversee manual and automated testing; coordinate UAT with business teams.
Lead and mentor the testing team to foster collaboration and quality-first mindset.
