OneTeamAnywhere is seeking a passionate Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our US-based client. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery, mentor teammates, and shape technical direction while balancing remote work with occasional office visits.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply strong TypeScript/React skills, and leverage Linear to manage milestones and tasks.

We are looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Metro Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
