Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

Implement and maintain high-quality codebases using Typescript and React, adhering to best practices in software development.

Utilize project management tools such as Linear to effectively track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Stay abreast of new technology trends and best practices in software development to continuously enhance our capabilities.

Occasionally visit the office for team meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities, while primarily working remotely.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or similar role in software development projects.

Strong project management skills with experience in using project management tools like Linear.

Proficiency in Typescript and React, with a solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to software development.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, enhancing collaboration between the development and design teams.

Experience with Python, adding versatility to your technical skill set and contributing to projects requiring a broader range of technologies.
