Job summary

Dream Career Builder MY is seeking a senior software leader in the Philippines to own the production-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will define architecture, data models, and release paths, while hardening critical end-to-end client workflows and ensuring security and auditability.

You will guide AI coding agents, manage capacity and cost controls, and deliver a technical roadmap that distinguishes platform hardening from new features.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years building production software with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Experience shipping and operating a multi-tenant B2B SaaS product.
• Strong skills in TS/Next.js/Python/FastAPI and Postgres with SQL.
• Proven judgment on tenant isolation, security and auditability.
• Hands-on with durable queues, retries, idempotency, and backpressure.
• Experience with external-provider quotas, throttling, and cost controls.
• Ownership of database migrations, observability, incidents, and DR.
• Operate production systems, not just features built by others.

Responsibilities

• Establish canonical production architecture, repository, data model, and release path.
• Freeze and harden the three highest-value end-to-end client workflows.
• Close gaps in tenant isolation, integrations, testing, recovery, security, and capacity.
• Consolidate or retire duplicate queues, surfaces, scripts, and pipelines.
• Own production releases, canaries, rollbacks, migrations, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Enforce provider quotas, cost budgets, idempotency, backpressure, and operational telemetry.
• Direct AI coding agents through bounded tickets and review their output.
• Translate product and content requirements into executable acceptance contracts.
• Produce an evidence-backed assessment of 1,000-client capacity and unit economics.
• Create a technical roadmap separating platform hardening from new feature development.
