Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with license.
• 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
• 5 years of experience in construction.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in safety and regulatory compliance.
• COSH certificate is an advantage.
• Experienced in handling a project from pre-con to post-construction.
• Experienced in fit-outs for High End Residential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes to inform decision-making and problem-solving.
• Handle projects from pre-construction to post-construction phases.
