Job summary

INTERGIRO BUILDERS INC. is seeking a Project Engineer / Project-In-Charge to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects in Metro Manila.

You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading site engineers and foremen.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of construction experience.
• Experience managing residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work quality meets project specifications and company standards.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare project reports.
• Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Lead site engineers, foremen, and project support personnel.
