DXC Technology is a Fortune 500 Global IT Services leader seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for SF implementations in the Philippines. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, design complex integrations with S/4HANA and ERP HCM, and guide stakeholder teams through governance and data-privacy standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or engineering or related field.
• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors implementation and architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and data models.
• Experience with SAP HCM and integrations with S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, CPI, APIs, and OData.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, security, and data privacy.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SF architecture and design for implementations.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Design integrations between SAP SF, S/4HANA, ERP HCM, and payroll platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance across modules like Employee Central and Recruiting.
• Define blueprints, integration strategies, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy.
• Lead reviews, assessments, and PoC activities.
• Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes leveraging SAP SF.
