HASK Custom Homes seeks a Construction Residential Project Manager/Builder/Superintendent to lead on-site management of luxury homes and major remodels in the Atlanta area. You will oversee planning, coordination with architects and trades, and daily site execution to meet quality and schedule targets.

The role requires strong reading of plans, scheduling discipline, budget oversight, and professional communication. On-site leadership and a focus on client satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management as Project Manager or on-site Superintendent.
• Ability to read and discuss plans and blueprints with architects, engineers and clients.
• Strong organizational, scheduling and budgeting skills for multiple projects.
• Proficient with MS Excel and project management software; experience with Co-Construct is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction of high-end residential homes and remodels from start to finish.
• Read plans, coordinate with architects, engineers, designers and clients to resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules, quality, safety and budgets; ensure adherence to the project plan.
• Lead weekly meetings, document progress, and maintain logs in project software.
• Coordinate bids, purchasing, and vendor/subcontractor activity while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, inspections and site safety protocols.
