Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management services across data center facilities in the Philippines, including customer fit-outs and data hall development from 1MW–4MW.

You will prepare BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and generate unit rate estimations, while evaluating vendor proposals and handling cost audits to mitigate variances before budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation & take-offs across data hall, office fit-outs, and MEP/infrastructure works
• Cost estimation, unit rate build-ups, and detailed cost audits for baseline budgets and design variations
• Commercial reconciliation, vendor evaluation, and tender support
• Contract administration, variation order management, and monthly payment applications
• Budget tracking, cost reporting, and variance analysis across data center development projects
