Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support data center fit-outs, 1MW–4MW projects, and associated electrical distribution works. You will prepare BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and develop unit rate estimates to support budgets and design variations.

The role involves evaluating vendor proposals, conducting commercial reconciliations, and assisting procurement through tender assessments and award recommendations, while monitoring costs and ensuring project financial

Qualifications

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantify materials across data hall fit-outs and MEP works.
Develop unit rate build-ups and cost estimates for budgets and design variations.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor proposals and perform commercial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

BOQ preparation & take-offs for data hall, office fit-outs, and MEP projects.
Cost estimation and rate analysis for baseline budgets and variations.
Vendor evaluation, procurement support, tender evaluations, and award recommendations.
Contract administration, variation order management, and final account reconciliations.
Budget tracking and cost reporting across data center development packages.
