Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support data center fit-outs, 1MW–4MW projects, and associated electrical distribution works. You will prepare BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and develop unit rate estimates to support budgets and design variations.

Qualifications

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantify materials across data hall fit-outs and MEP works.
• Develop unit rate build-ups and cost estimates for budgets and design variations.
• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor proposals and perform commercial reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• BOQ preparation & take-offs for data hall, office fit-outs, and MEP projects.
• Cost estimation and rate analysis for baseline budgets and variations.
• Vendor evaluation, procurement support, tender evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Contract administration, variation order management, and final account reconciliations.
• Budget tracking and cost reporting across data center development packages.
