Job summary

Qualifications

• Detailed quantity take-offs and unit rate estimations
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for data hall fit-outs, office fit-outs, and MEP work
• Strong commercial acumen for vendor proposals, reconciliations, cost auditing, and variation orders
• Budget tracking, cost reporting, and variance analysis across data center development projects
• Stakeholder and vendor management to align internal teams with contractors and subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and take-offs.
• Execute material quantity take-offs and prepare BOQ for data hall and office fit-outs.
• Develop unit rate build-ups and generate cost estimates for baseline budgets and design variations.
• Evaluate vendor/subcontractor proposals and perform commercial reconciliations.
• Lead procurement support in tender evaluations, awards, and cost reporting.
• Manage variation orders, contract administration, and monthly payment applications.
• Monitor cost reports and track variances across projects.
