Job summary

Terumo (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and implement manufacturing training programs, including onboarding and certifications. You will deliver instructor-led and hands-on sessions on production processes, SOPs, and equipment, while establishing standards and qualification frameworks aligned with QMS.

You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Manufacturing to identify needs, develop materials, and maintain compliant training records for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, instructional design, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical process training in a manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to production processes, cleanroom operations, and technical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to transfer tacit knowledge through hands-on demonstrations and coaching.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel, including onboarding and certification.
• Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training on production processes, equipment, and SOPs.
• Establish and maintain training standards, methodologies, and qualification frameworks aligned with QMS.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and Management to identify training needs and gaps.
• Develop advanced training materials based on SOPs and equipment manuals.
• Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with audit standards.
