Job summary

iubenda is seeking a Senior Product Marketing professional to shape positioning, own the growth strategy, and lead go-to-market for new features. You will develop customer-focused use cases, conduct market and competitive research, and enable the Sales team with compelling materials.

Proven English proficiency and 5+ years in Product Marketing, including 2+ years in product-led growth, are required. This role calls for deep SaaS understanding and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, including 2+ years in product-led growth.
• Strong understanding of positioning heavily technical SaaS features, from customer needs analysis to messaging and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

• Defining product positioning and messaging, making sure every selling point is sharp, relevant, and customer-driven;
• Owning the product-led growth strategy, defining priorities and long-term direction;
• Leading go-to-market planning and execution for new features from announcement to launch;
• Developing use cases grounded in real customer needs, translating them into compelling narratives;
• Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and keep us ahead of the curve;
• Streamlining and coordinating processes for product-related internal company communication;
• Driving sales enablement by creating materials and supporting the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need;
• Tracking and reporting on growth-related goals and identifying areas for improvement.
• Full proficiency in English;
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, of which at least 2 years in product-led-growth;
• Strong experience in positioning heavily technical SaaS features, starting from customer needs analysis (pain/gain framework) through to messaging and GTM execution;
• Solid understanding of software development dynamics, and of SaaS functionalities
