Job summary

Aurecon Group in Manila invites a senior structural engineer to join the Energy business, supporting Power Transmission and Distribution projects. You will lead and independently manage smaller projects through concept to construction support, applying your expertise in concrete and steel structures and transmission towers.

Proficiency with PLS Tower/PLS Pole, PLS CAD, and SpaceGass is highly valued. You will deliver design calculations, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, mentor juniors,

Qualifications

5+ years in structural design of concrete/steel for transmission lines.
Experience designing transmission towers and substation structures.
Proficient in PLS Tower, PLS Pole; space for PLS CAD preferred.
ANZ project background is an advantage.
Mentoring junior engineers and leading project work.

Responsibilities

Lead and independently manage smaller power transmission and distribution projects through all phases.
Perform hands-on structural design using PLS suite, focusing on towers and poles.
Apply structural principles to develop safe, efficient designs meeting codes.
Provide construction support and resolve field issues onsite.
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
