Job summary

Chint Global International Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to drive end-to-end project execution, from design review through handover.

You will oversee installation, testing and commissioning of LV/MV/HV equipment, manage timelines and costs, and coordinate with clients to ensure successful delivery. The role requires a strong background in power transmission and distribution, international project management, and willingness to travel across the Philippines for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in power transmission & distribution (LV/MV/HV) and international project management.
• Experience in project execution and site commissioning.
• Familiar with import/export and international project processes.
• Willing to travel across the Philippines for on-site work as and when required.
• Product knowledge of T&D equipment (power/distribution transformers, MV Switchgear AIS/GIS, LV Switchgear, solar & energy storage systems) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: design review, manufacturing coordination, delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, and milestones including progress billing and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings and resolve delivery or execution issues.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV equipment.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical support.
• Represent the company in technical and commercial discussions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to clients on operation and maintenance.
