Job summary

A company in the power supply sector is seeking a Design Manager to lead a team of Electrical and Mechanical engineers in developing Switch Mode Power Supply products. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years experience in the industry, strong leadership skills, and a solid technical background in power supply design. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to deliver results under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in the power supply industry.
• Experience in leading a group of design engineers.
• Strong understanding of Switching Power Topologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor and grow team and design capabilities.
• Define product architecture and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
• Generate schedule, review engineering test plans and deliverables.
• Lead electrical and mechanical engineers while coordinating with key contributors.
