Job summary

4impact is seeking a Senior Performance Testing Engineer to lead performance, load, and resilience testing across project cutovers. You’ll define the NFR approach, design and execute tests, analyze results, and advise directly on cutover readiness.

This role requires proven expertise in performance engineering tools and the ability to support failover/DR exercises, ensuring services are resilient and production‑ready.

Qualifications

• Proven performance engineering with tools such as JMeter, Gatling or k6.
• NFR definition, test planning, results analysis and tuning guidance.
• Able to work in focused bursts against fixed cutover dates.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance / load tests against the migrated services.
• Define NFR scenarios, run dry-runs, and analyze, tune and report results.
• Support failover / DR exercises: fault injection, recovery and data-integrity verification.
• Feed performance and resilience findings into the cutover go/no-go decision.
