Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications across our client portfolio in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will orchestrate workload modeling, scripting, execution, monitoring, and root-cause analysis to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
• Experience in monitoring tools for applications and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of databases, networking, and operating systems.
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for enterprise applications.
• Define performance testing strategies, plans, workload models, and test scenarios.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Scalability, and Volume tests.
• Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application layers.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
• Define SLAs and performance acceptance criteria.
• Monitor system health using APM and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for automated validation.
• Support capacity planning and scalability assessment.
• Mentor junior performance engineers and review test deliverables.
• Drive best practices in performance engineering across projects.
• Participate in release readiness and production performance validation.
