Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to drive end-to-end performance testing for enterprise applications across our client portfolio in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will orchestrate workload modeling, scripting, execution, monitoring, and root-cause analysis to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Gatling, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of performance engineering concepts and methodologies.
Experience in cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
Experience in monitoring tools for applications and infrastructure.
Knowledge of databases, networking, and operating systems.
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end performance testing activities for enterprise applications.
Define performance testing strategies, plans, workload models, and test scenarios.
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Execute Load, Stress, Spike, Soak, Scalability, and Volume tests.
Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks across application layers.
Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, Database, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
Define SLAs and performance acceptance criteria.
Monitor system health using APM and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for automated validation.
Support capacity planning and scalability assessment.
Mentor junior performance engineers and review test deliverables.
Drive best practices in performance engineering across projects.
Participate in release readiness and production performance validation.
