Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Network Engineer with 10–12 years of enterprise networking experience. The role focuses on private and public cloud interconnects, MPLS, VPN tunnels, and secure architectures. You will mentor a team of network engineers and collaborate across IT to optimize routing and security.

You will work with multiple vendors, document processes, and drive improvements in network performance. Strong knowledge of OSI, BGP/OSPF, and VoIP/SBC is required.

Qualifications

• Senior Network Engineer with industry experience.
• CCNP/CCDP and cloud practitioner certifications desired.
• Experience with VoIP and SBC technologies.
• Expertise in firewalls, VPNs and network security.

Responsibilities

• Design functional network infrastructure in private and public cloud.
• Mentor team members and address user needs.
• Install and configure routers, switches, load balancers and other devices.
• Monitor network performance and propose improvements.
• Troubleshoot cloud and local infrastructure issues.
• Maintain technical documentation in OneNote repository.
• Support architectural design strategies with Sales/Marketing.
