Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Food & Beverage Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations across Metro Manila stores with occasional office visits. You will manage staffing, coaching, and ensuring high service standards while upholding company procedures.

This role requires strong leadership and multitasking in a fast-paced dessert café environment, with travel across multiple locations and fieldwork on rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in food service, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and rotate across multiple store locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools.
• Must have own laptop or smartphone with mobile data access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned store branches.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and smooth shift transitions.
• Train, coach, and monitor store crew performance.
• Handle attendance concerns and disciplinary matters.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure stores deliver excellent customer experience.
• Monitor service quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and staff conduct.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Respond to online inquiries and delivery platform concerns when needed.
• Monitor inventory usage and minimize wastage.
• Assist in store ordering and stock replenishment.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and support teams regarding shortages or urgent requests.
• Support implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.
• Coach teams on upselling and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and report unusual trends.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations for store improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct routine store checks and assist during audits.
• Ensure proper completion of logs and compliance documentation.
• Lead by example through professionalism and accountability.
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency across stores.
