Job summary

Zealant Consulting Group is seeking an Agentic Workflows Engineer to design, build, and scale agentic pipelines powering the company’s CLM intelligence platform. The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, guardrails, and failure recovery across production deployments.

You will collaborate with Product and Applied AI to translate complex contract workflows into reliable, production-grade agentic pipelines with real-time integrations to CRM, ERP, and CLM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with 1+ year in production-grade LLM systems.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent systems, not just chatbots.
• Strong Python skills with async patterns, API design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with at least one agentic framework: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Ability to reason about failure modes and design recovery paths.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent pipelines from design through production deployment.
• Build tool-use and function-calling architectures connecting agents to CRM, ERP, CLM, and procurement systems in real time.
• Implement HITL checkpoints, escalation logic, and guardrail layers to keep agents on-policy.
• Build stateful agent memory with short-term context, long-term retrieval, and task persistence.
• Develop observability and tracing to understand agent decisions and failures.
• Create evaluation harnesses to measure agent behavior across edge cases.
